Terms of Service

Last updated April 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Prio Health, including our website, iOS app, waitlist, and related services. By using Prio Health, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use of Service

Prio Health provides educational health and wellness information, tracking tools, and insights based on the data you choose to connect or enter. Prio Health is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional.

You should not rely on Prio Health for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decisions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Apple App Store Terms

If you download or use the iOS app through Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to the applicable Apple terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple's Media Services Terms.

Where Apple's mandatory App Store terms apply, they supplement these Terms. If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and Apple's mandatory App Store terms for your iOS app use, the Apple terms control to the extent of that conflict.

Apple Health Integration

Prio Health integrates with Apple Health to read only the health and fitness data that you explicitly authorize through Apple's Health permissions flow. Examples may include steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, VO₂ max, weight, and other metrics supported by the app.

You can decline permissions, revoke access, or change the categories you share at any time in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app. Some Prio Health features may not work, or may have reduced functionality, if you do not grant the required permissions.

We do not sell HealthKit data, and we do not use HealthKit-derived data for advertising, marketing, or third-party use-based data mining.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for any account credentials, devices, or sessions used to access Prio Health. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, or use Prio Health in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including Apple Health-related features if Apple APIs, permissions, policies, or technical constraints change.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prio Health after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
